Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiBait (“Service”), operated at https://ai-bait.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AiBait provides software and hosting features that help you manage business listing information and publish web pages, structured data (such as JSON-LD), and related files (for example sitemap and crawler-oriented endpoints) intended to support discoverability in search engines and AI-oriented retrieval. Features may vary by plan.

No performance guarantee. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, impressions, inclusion in AI answers, citations by third-party models, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party systems, competition, and your content.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.

4. Fees & billing (Stripe)

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply where required. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.

You may manage or cancel certain billing actions through the customer billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged (see our Refund policy).

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, misrepresent a business, publish fraudulent listings, harass others, or attempt to disrupt or bypass security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including publishing public listing pages you enable). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (including Stripe). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, search engines, or AI systems.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AiBait AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NONE, FIFTY DOLLARS (USD $50)).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example by email or a notice in the Service). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
