Fees for AiBait paid subscriptions and related charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing by us.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that the Service provides ongoing software access and hosted features for each billing period once that period begins, and that we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, dissatisfaction with search or AI outcomes, or failure to achieve any particular ranking, traffic, or citation result.
Stripe & chargebacks
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at support@ai-bait.com so we can review the transaction. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of the Service pending resolution.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal (when available) or as described in your account so that renewals stop. Cancellation does not refund the current or any prior billing period unless required by law.
Exceptions required by law
If a jurisdiction gives you a mandatory right to cancel or receive a refund (for example certain consumer cooling-off rules), we will honor those requirements to the extent they apply and cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights.
