By accessing and using AI-Bait ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
AI-Bait provides AI search positioning services for local service businesses. Our service includes:
Billing: Your subscription will be billed on a monthly basis at the rate of $99/month unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Method: Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
Recurring Billing: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled. You agree to recurring monthly charges.
Billing Failures: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect on the next billing date. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended.
AI-Bait does not offer refunds for services rendered.
Once your positioning campaign has been initiated and work has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued. Our services are non-refundable digital services. For detailed explanation, see our Refund Policy.
What This Means: Payment for AI-Bait services is final. Once your subscription is initiated and work has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support at support@ai-bait.com.
Notice Period: Provide 30 days written notice before cancellation.
Effective Date: Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your billing cycle, not immediately.
Billing: No refunds are issued for cancelled subscriptions. Your final charge will be processed at the end of your current billing period.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your business information, branding, and content you provide to us.
Our Work: You own all landing pages, content, and optimization work we create on your behalf. Once created, these become your digital assets.
Platform: AI-Bait retains ownership of the platform, technology, algorithms, and dashboard interface.
No Guaranteed Results: While we work to position your business optimally, we cannot guarantee specific results, ranking positions, or lead volume. Results depend on many factors including market competition, search behavior, and AI algorithm changes.
External Factors: We are not responsible for changes made by Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI systems that may affect your positioning or visibility.
Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During maintenance or unexpected outages, your pages may be temporarily unavailable.

AI-Bait reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Upon termination, your subscription ends but all pages and positioning work created remain live and continue to benefit you.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification when possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
